1) What aiRX Radio is

aiRX Radio is a small, independent audio stream used for testing and development during an early Alpha phase. The stream exists to validate infrastructure and to establish clear, good-faith transparency around rights and sourcing.

2) What audio is being streamed

All audio currently broadcast on aiRX Radio is sourced from locally stored WAV masters controlled by the Operator. The stream is generated from these local files and is not a rebroadcast of Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or any other platform.

3) Ownership and control of the music

• The music currently streamed on aiRX Radio is original music created by the Operator.
• The Operator controls the artist personas under which the music is released, including:
  • Otep — Two Skies (Folk)
  • Jai Simon — Oceans (Ambient)
  • Mira — Off The Clock (JazzPop)
• No third-party catalog music is intentionally included.
• No label-owned masters are knowingly used.

4) AI usage (human-directed, AI-assisted)

• The Operator functions as an AI Content Director.
• AI tools execute creative instructions, such as composition support, arrangement assistance, sound design, or related workflow steps.
• No scraping, ripping, or cloning of third-party artists is intended.

4a) AIFX transparency framework

aiRX Radio follows the principles of the AI First Exchange (AIFX) framework — a creator-led transparency model designed to clearly communicate authorship, intent, and AI involvement in creative works.

• AIFX is used as a disclosure and provenance framework, not a licensing body.
• It helps distinguish human-directed, AI-assisted works from scraped or impersonative content.
• AIFX does not claim legal authority and does not replace copyright law, platform policies, or future licensing requirements.

Where applicable, aiRX Radio may reference AIFX-style metadata or declarations to improve clarity for listeners, platforms, and reviewers.

5) Good-faith approach to rights concerns

aiRX Radio is currently operating with no ads and no monetization. If any audio on this stream is believed to infringe rights or to be included in error, the Operator intends to investigate promptly and remove or correct the content where appropriate.

6) No overreach, no exclusivity claims

This declaration is not a legal filing, not a waiver of rights, and not a replacement for future licensing arrangements if aiRX Radio later hosts third-party works.
